ধাপ: 01-

ক্যাপের জায়গায় টিউবের উপরে applicator স্ক্রু করুন।

ধাপ: 02-

টিউবটিকে তার নীচের প্রান্তে আলতোভাবে চেপে দিন, যাতে applicator টি 5 গ্রাম চিহ্নে পূরণ করতে পারে। চিকিত্সক দ্বারা নির্ধারিত না হলে, applicator কে সম্পূর্ণরূপে 5 গ্রাম পর্যন্ত পূরণ করতে হবে।

ধাপ: 03-

একবার পরিমাপ পরিমাণ জেল নেওয়ার পরে, টিউব থেকে applicator কে সরিয়ে ফেলুন, যা ক্যাপ দিয়ে অবিলম্বে বন্ধ করা উচিত।

ধাপ: 04-

একবার শুয়ে থাকা অবস্থায়, হাঁটু উঁচু করে আলাদা করে ছড়িয়ে দিন, যতটা সম্ভব গভীরভাবে যোনিতে applicator কে সূক্ষ্মভাবে ঢোকান। জেলটি সম্পূর্ণভাবে ভেদ করতে পিস্টনটিকে ধাক্কা দিন, তারপরে স্পর্শ না করে applicator কে টানুন

How To Use Birth Control Gel !

 You need to use one full applicator each time you have penis-in-vagina sex. Usingthis is similar to putting in a tampon. it is used immediately before, or up to 1 hour before each act of sex.

How to use this gel: Follow the instructions in the diagrams below-

 

Step: 01- 

Screw the applicator onto the tube in place of the cap.

 

Step: 02-

Squeeze the tube gently at its lower end, so as to fill the applicator at 5 g mark. Unless prescribed by the physician, the applicator must be completely filled up to 5 g. 

Step: 03- 

Once After taking measured amount gel, remove the applicator from the tube, which should be closed immediately with the cap.

 

Step: 04- 

Once In a lying down position, with knees raised and spread apart, delicately insert the applicator in to the vagina as deeply as possible. Push the piston to penetrate gel completely, then pull out the applicator without touching the piston.
